Below are directions that will assist you in using Adobe Acrobat Reader

After opening Adobe Reader click back on the calendar and it will open. To view the information, click on the show/hide navigation pane

Next, click on the plus sign by the ASCENSION CALENDAR

this will bring up each month. If you click on the plus sign by the month, it will give you events by each day for that month. When viewing the calendar you will see red, green and yellow notes that contain information. Double click on the notes to view information. Right click the note to close.

Color Color CodesCodes:

Red=days off

Green= early dismissal

Yellow= special information
